We believe that our employees, including project managers, foremen, machinery operators, safety officers and technical personnel etc, are valuable resources of our Group. The ability to retain current employees and attract new talents have become a key to maintain our leading position in the highly competitive construction industry. We provide various on-the-job training to our employees with different needs and strengths.

Engineering Graduate Training Scheme A

Young graduate engineers are vital to the sustainable development of our Group. We provide three-year graduate Scheme A training to our eligible engineers to equip themselves with qualities required of a Professional Engineer. The discipline of Scheme A training provided is "Civil", with the following features.

Job rotation in the three-year training period CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses provided by either internal training courses or external training courses/seminars with sponsorship Guidance and support from our core management, tutors and engineering supervisor

Internal and external training

Internal training courses conducted by our senior management teams are provided regularly to all junior staff to reinforce their engineering skills. Subsidies are provided to staff of different departments to enroll external training or professional courses to enhance the knowledge and skills in aspects of design, environmental protection, operation and safety etc.
